Yes. We ship internationally with tracked services. Delivery time frames and rates are shown at checkout and on the Shipping Policy page.

Orders over $45 USD ship free. Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorisation.

For hygiene reasons, drinking and food-contact items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty. Glass items are inspected on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Our insulated flasks are tested to keep drinks hot up to 12 hours and cold up to 24 hours under standard conditions. Real-world results vary with fill level, lid use and ambient temperature.

Insulated bottles use 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel and BPA-free components, tested to FDA and LFGB food-contact standards. We make no health, purification or antibacterial claims — these are simply well-made drinking vessels.

Single-wall sports bottles and most accessories are top-rack dishwasher safe. Insulated vacuum flasks are best hand-washed to protect the seal and finish — see each product's care notes.

No. Avoid freezing or sudden temperature shocks with glass products, and never microwave insulated stainless steel.
