Shipping Policy
We ship Heatecph drinkware worldwide with tracked services. This Policy sets out processing times, delivery estimates, costs and customs responsibilities.
01 · Where we ship
We dispatch internationally from the United Kingdom. Available destinations and any country-specific restrictions are shown at checkout. If we cannot ship to your address we will contact you and refund your payment.
02 · Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order ships.
03 · Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 8–18 business days after dispatch.
04 · Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and is shown in USD before you pay. Orders over $45 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Estimates above are guidance, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays or customs.
05 · Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.
06 · Tracking & delivery issues
Track your order using the link in your dispatch email. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact support@heatecph.shop and we will help investigate with the carrier.
07 · Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly; re-shipping may incur additional cost.
