Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Heatecph subscriptions. All amounts are in USD. Heatecph is a digital service with no physical goods or shipping.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@heatecph.shop.
  • Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal.
  • You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

  • The current billing period remains available after you cancel; we do not pro-rate part-months by default.
  • Credits already used are non-refundable.
  • If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will investigate and refund an incorrect charge.
  • Duplicate charges are refunded in full.

Consumer rights

Because the service is digital and access begins immediately, a paid subscription starts as soon as you subscribe. This policy does not remove any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales or your country of residence.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in USD through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
