Terms of Service
Last updated 2 July 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales
These terms govern your use of the Heatecph online workspace operated by HEATEC HEATING AND PLUMBING LIMITED (company number 04500805), registered at 8 Blue Barns Business Park Old Ipswich Road, Ardleigh, Colchester, England, CO7 7FX. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Heatecph is an online-only digital workspace that helps you draft household maintenance records, question lists and photo checklists. It is software only. There are no physical goods, shipping, on-site visits, repairs, installations, inspections or diagnostics.
2. Drafts, not professional advice
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the workspace only within the Acceptable Use policy.
- Do not enter sensitive personal data, credentials or payment card numbers.
- Confirm any real issue and any action with a qualified local professional.
- Ensure you have the right to submit any information or photos you describe.
4. Subscriptions & credits
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions charged in USD that auto-renew until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; one generated record uses one credit and credits do not roll over. Prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable content limits
The workspace will not produce operating or repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing or pressurised systems, nor anything presented as certification, an inspection report or an emergency service.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its design and content are owned by us. You keep ownership of the notes you enter and the drafts generated for you, and you are responsible for how you use them.
7. Availability & changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any action you take based on a draft without confirming it with a licensed professional. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
